This is a used 2016 Bobcat 72″ soil conditioner attachment designed for preparing, grading, leveling, and renovating soil in landscaping and construction applications.

The hydraulically powered drum is equipped with 121 carbide-tipped teeth that penetrate hard ground, break apart soil clumps, and pulverize compacted material. As the drum processes the soil, rocks and larger debris are moved toward the edge of the work area while finer material passes beneath the rubber flap to produce a smoother finish.

The drum can rotate in either direction, allowing the attachment to operate while the loader travels forward or in reverse. Box-blade-style end wings help carry material, fill low areas, and improve grading efficiency.
